Then He said, "Write these words down. Let Israel, my child, read them well.
"Your fathers cried out to Me,
pleaded with My Name daily,
until My Soul was grieved.
They turned to Me and I listened.
So I sought to restore My Promise to them,
I bring them out of the nations,
to again establish My Name among them,
but see how they still despise Me.
"They do not follow My Statutes!
They have not established My Laws!
They trust alone in the words of men!
Their teachers are more important than
The One Who Gives Knowledge!
There is no sacrifice to make them clean,
they do not accept My Provision!
Did Abraham not say,
'The Lord will Provide'?
"The high places still stand,
an altar to a god they have not known.
Yes, a god of the nations
stands on My chosen place.
There is no tabernacle, there is no temple,
and all of Jacob does as he pleases to do.
The chief among them says,
'We will be like the nations!'
"The elders say, 'We shall have no king,
no Son of David to rule the throne.'
That is the Throne that I established, O' Israel!
Did I not say I would establish David's house,
that David's Branch would rule forever?
Again a generation arises
who does not know Me!
Shall I dwell among Israel forever?
"Shall I not destroy My Chosen Nation,
and again scatter them to the wind,
never to return to the Land,
the Land which I promised their ancestors?
With whom then will I establish My Name?
No, but with a remnant.
I will build a new nation,
from the Children of Israel.
"From those rebellious children
I will create a foundation for My Name."
O' Israel, hear the voice of your God,
for He is king.
Repent, O' Israel.
Rid yourself of your sin.
Be done with your foolish pride.
Listen not to him
who teaches from his own wisdom.
Return to the wisdom He has provided.
Establish the Covenant He gave you,
that it may be well with you,
that Mighty Yahweh would fight your battles,
that you would be established again
in the land which He gave you.
Forget not the reason He has chosen you,
the Nation with which He established His Name.
